Materials
Selecting the right materials was pivotal in shaping how children engage with their environment. We prioritized felt for its dual functionality: sound dampening to support those easily overstimulated, and hypoallergenic properties catering to children with allergies. Furthermore, our material choice ensures resistance against bacterial proliferation, maintaining a clean and safe space for our young users.
As visitors step through the entrance, our aim is to envelop them in a warm and inviting atmosphere. At the forefront of the children's center, we've selected a typeface for the wordmark that maintains its personality while remaining accessible to adults, as it's a space parents frequent.

Visitors are seamlessly guided from the foyer to the rear section, where vibrant hues welcome the children. Here, tactile elements like felt seamlessly integrate into the design, enriching the space.
Playrooms
As visitors venture into the playrooms and kitchen space, they'll be greeted by vibrant walls coated in Backdrop paint, known for its low-VOC formulation, ensuring a breathable environment for the little ones. Compliant with rigorous paint standards and GREENWISE certified, our walls prioritize both safety and sustainability. Meanwhile, the flooring boasts wood veneer, not only cost-effective but also eco-conscious, reducing wood consumption compared to conventional methods and contributing to forest conservation efforts.
